One of the strengths at OHP is that we offer a wealth of programs, services, systems, and, most importantly, people who are focused on every student’s success, whether in the high school or in an adult program. The high school Guidance Office provides services such as counseling, career guidance, college and scholarship information assisting students in preparation for college entrance tests. Adult Education Student Services provides services such as career assessment and development, refresher courses, GED test preparation, skilled training, financial aid support, and more!
There are still more resources – a strong technology department on the cutting edge of using technology in the classroom, college visitation meetings, apprenticeships and internships, the Student Ambassador Leadership Program, and articulation agreements and pathways for college in both the high school and adult programs – that bolster student success.
