PARAMEDIC CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Ohio Hi Point has partnered with Clark State Community College to bring their Paramedic Certificate Program to the Bellefontaine Campus. This program provides quality education in the “art and science” of advanced out-of-hospital emergency care. The curriculum provides for integration of knowledge and skills including pre-hospital environment, preparatory skills, trauma and burns, medical emergencies, OB/GYN emergencies, behavioral emergencies and crisis intervention. Upon successful completion, the student will meet and exceed the objectives of the National Standard Paramedic Training Curriculum, providing eligibility for National Registry Certification exam. Travel will be required for certain course work and clinicals. Medical Terminology and Fundamentals of Anatomy & Physiology are pre-requisite courses.
