H.S. Satellite Application

As a student enrolled at one of our 14 partner school districts, you have the opportunity to apply for any of our High School career-technical programs! Just follow the instructions below to apply!

To apply for a Satellite program, follow these instructions:

  • The application on this page should be downloaded and completed for students applying for any programs NOT located on the Bellefontaine Campus
  • The application should be completed if your first program choice is located at one of our Satellite Locations
  • If you are undecided in your choice to attend a Bellefontaine Campus program or a Satellite Program, please complete the Bellefontaine Campus application
