24 inducted into National Technical Honor Society

BELLEFONTAINE – Ohio Hi-Point Career Center recently held their Spring Induction Ceremony to honor 24 students who were selected for induction into the school’s chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).  Students, parents, faculty and staff gathered on the OHP campus for ceremony following by a breakfast.
    In order to be inducted, students must meet the criteria of membership, which includes having at least a 3.0 grade point average during their sophomore year, maintaining a 3.5 grade point average while at OHP, meeting attendance requirements, and having the approval of the instructional staff.
    Students inducted this year included:

•    Berry Reames, a junior Electronics Engineering Technology student from Bellefontaine High School
•    Josie Brush, a junior Business Administration Technology student from Upper Scioto Valley High School
