Heavy Equipment Operations Instructor
"I'm still very much connected to the industry at OHP. I've just extended the connection from my industry to the classroom where I'm able to train and guide the next workforce generation."
OHP is a school of choice for students to gain a hands-on education in a specific career pathway. Our hallways are filled with the sounds of revving engines, directors filming, food sizzling, and scientific discoveries being made. The OHP Campus in Bellefontaine serves juniors and seniors from 14 high schools in a five-county region. In addition to the OHP Campus, the district’s satellite programs, which provide career programming to students at our partner high schools, serve 7th through 12th grade students. Our instructors support and challenge our students to earn certifications and college credit, so whatever their E is (employment, enrollment, or enlistment) our students are ready for the next step.
