Vision 2030
Empowering Students, Inspiring Success
Ohio Hi-Point Career Center aspires to be the state and national leader in career education. Over the past year, we have engaged our students, parents, community members, and business leaders in listening sessions, surveys, and focus groups to uncover how the district can move from good to great.
Through this feedback, we validated we are an integral part of the work-force communities we serve. However, we discovered the career education capabilities and progressive learning experiences we provide to our students are not as well known. We aspire to empower our students through rich learning environments, engaging career activities, and innovative practices. Our priority is to provide a safe and engaging career and academic education to our students while preparing them with professional skills to be productive members of our society.
With this feedback in mind, Ohio Hi-Point's strategic planning committee, in partnership with CF Educational Solutions, developed a new strategic plan that shaped a new district mission, vision, aspiration statements, core values, and growth targets. Vision 2030 will be utilized as a living, breathing document, allowing the district leadership to evaluate progress as we chart our course to achieve new heights.

A.S.P.I.R.E. Series
The A.S.P.I.R.E. Series is a 6-part docuseries that dives into Ohio Hi-Point Career Center's core values.
