ProStart Culinary students Anna Nance (Bellefontaine) and Emily Folk (Ben Logan) attended the Ohio Restaurant Association Industry Awards with Culinary instructor, Donna Beale, this past weekend at M at Miranova. Ohio Hi-Point was one of three schools selected to attend, and Nance and Folk networked with over 300 leaders and professionals of Ohio's restaurant and food service industry. In addition, they enjoyed a lesson on Sous Vide cooking.
