Five students enrolled in Ohio Hi-Point's Media Arts and Business Administrative Services satellite programs at Riverside were elected to the Business Professionals of America (BPA) Region 16 executive board.

Courtney Roach, Kara Kauffman, Chase Davidson, Andrea Burden, and Audrey Kopus will serve as five of the six officers on the executive board. The executive board will plan and create regional activities, including the awards ceremony where students will be recognized for their work and BPA state qualifiers are announced.

The OHPCC/Riverside advisors Michelle Weadock and Lindsay Wyan shared they “were exceptionally proud of these students for having the initiative to run for an office during these uncertain times. These students will be leading in uncharted territory and there is no doubt this group can handle the challenge before them.”

According to the Region 16 executive officers, they are not only living through history, but are making history for BPA Region 16.
