Here's the progress Monarch made this past week on OHP's Building Construction and Renovation project:
New Addition:
- Exterior perimeter CFMF wall framing
- 1st floor light gage metal framing
- 2nd floor interior light gage metal framing (layout)
- Roof steel detailing, including framed openings
Interior Work:
- Demolition and renovation continues in the old building for new offices.
- Water lines continue to run through the corridors
New Mechanical Room:
- New electrical switch gear being installed in the new mechanical area
- New air handler being installed in new lab areas
